This website presents my portfolio and services and does not provide public visitor accounts.

If you submit the contact form, I receive your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and message. The form also asks you to confirm that you have read the information about data processing.

When you visit, hosting and security services may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request, browser, and device information. Google reCAPTCHA checks whether a form submission appears automated; Google may process browser and page interaction information for this purpose.

If you opt in to analytics, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics receive information about page use, such as the page URL, referrer, and general device and browser information. I do not intentionally send form data to analytics tools.

Supabase hosts some public portfolio data, such as projects and images, and provides authentication for the administration area. Contact form submissions are not saved to a Supabase database.

I use inquiry data to reply, discuss requirements, and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps you request before entering a contract or, for other messages, my legitimate interest in responding to inquiries I receive.

I use strictly necessary technical data to operate the website, protect it, and prevent abuse. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning website.

Optional analytics starts only after you choose to allow it. The legal basis for this analytics is your consent, which you can withdraw through cookie settings.

Contact form inquiries are sent through Resend to my Gmail inbox. Providers involved in hosting the website, sending the email, and receiving it may therefore process the data as needed to provide their services. Google also provides Analytics and reCAPTCHA; Vercel hosts the website and provides Vercel Analytics; Supabase provides the portfolio and authentication services described above.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the conditions described in their documentation and privacy notices. I do not sell your data or use your inquiry for direct advertising.

I normally delete inquiry emails within one week, often sooner. If a conversation continues or I need to prepare or manage a collaboration, I may keep relevant correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and applicable legal obligations.

Providers may retain technical copies or logs under their own periods and policies. I do not claim a deletion period for their systems; consult their notices for details.

Subject to the conditions set by law, you can request access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before then.

To exercise your rights, email alexandrumaftei95@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority, which in Romania is ANSPDCP. I will respond within the period set by law and may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.
